Details:

  1. Every accepted article for presentation must be associated, at a minimum, with a registration of this type (in the name of one of the article’s authors) to be accepted. For IEEE members, a second article is authorized at no additional cost (provided the person whose name is on the registration is a co-author of both articles). Includes access to other Conferences (CONF) and the Trade Fair (TF), lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and a certificate as a speaker.
  2. Allows access to the CONF as a spectator. Also includes access to the TF, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and a certificate of attendance.
  3. Allows access to the CONF as a spectator. Also includes lunches, coffee breaks, and a certificate of attendance. Does not include dinners.
  4. This category allows attendance at the CONF as the author of one article to be presented. Also includes access to other CONF and TF, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and a certificate of attendance or speaker (as applicable).
  5. Only for individuals authorized by one of the participating companies with a booth at the TF to perform work tasks at the corresponding booth. Allows access to the CONF but only as a spectator. Also includes access to lunches and coffee breaks. Does not include dinners.
  6. Registrations in category 1 or 4 can pay this supplement (in addition to the registration) to present a second accepted article, provided the person whose name is on the registration is a co-author of all covered articles. If the person is an IEEE member, they can present up to three articles; if not, they can present a maximum of two articles.
  7. Attendees who wish to participate in the Companion Program must register exclusively in this category, whether or not they are active IEEE members. The program will include two days of tourist activities on Thursday and Friday, with transportation and lunch included. Also includes access to the CONF, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and parties.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Remember, for be eligible for publication, paper must be accepted and presented and the registration payment must be done before november 16, otherwise paper not be published.
